DJ MK was the first UK hip-hop DJ to release regular, well-packaged and now valuable mixtapes. These early mixtapes helped him land a slot on the Capital Rap show alongside Tim Westwood (1993-1995). After Westwood and the Rap show, Itch FM saw MK hosting a show which ran for four years before he eventually left for his current weekly residency on Kiss FM alongside DJ Shortee Blitz. He Also tours around the world with Roots Manuva and has judged the UK DMC finals since 1999 and the world finals since 2004.


Now a world traveling DJ and producer DJ MK has produced tracks for some of the UK's top rap artists such as, Fallacy, Kyza, Loudmouth, Plan B, Mystro, Task Force, Roots Manuva and Yungun.
